1. What we make
AnthemSmith writes and produces original, custom songs built from the social-media content and details you send us. The output is AI-generated: we write the brief, the lyrics and the emotional anchor; the audio is machine-generated. Each song is original to your order.
2. Rights in the output
We assign whatever rights we hold in the output to you; we make no promise that the output is copyrightable, registrable, or exclusive.
3. Reference songs
Reference songs you point us to are used for style and mood only. We never copy hooks, melodies, lyrics, or masters, and reference artist/song names are stripped from delivered files.
4. Biography mode and consent
If your song describes other real people, you warrant that you have their consent to describe them and to share the content you point us to, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you supplied.
5. Immediate delivery
Your song is custom-made and delivered to you as soon as it is finished. You expressly ask for this immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day EU/UK cancellation right ends once delivery starts.
6. Third-party content
You confirm you have permission for the captions, comments, screenshots and other content you point us to, including content that mentions other people.
7. How we read your story
We do not read social accounts by automated logged-in access. You send us the content: paste captions and comments, share screenshots, or drop your own Instagram data export. We read your actual people from what you hand us.
8. No guarantees
Our service is creative, not professional advice. We make no guarantee of specific results.
