1. Who we are

AnthemSmith makes original custom songs from the social-media content and details you send us. Our legitimate-interests assessment for this processing is on file (LIA, September 15, 2026).

2. What we collect

Choosing files in this form does not upload them. The downloadable request contains the selected files and brief. We receive them only when you send them to us; your email provider also processes your message and attachments.

• Your email address (for delivery and order updates).
• The Instagram handle(s) and Spotify/YouTube links you give us.
• Third-party personal data visible in the content you point us to — captions, comments, usernames of people in your posts.
• Photos and screenshots you upload (up to 10 photos, or an Instagram-grid screenshot). These may contain images of other people — the song's subject included.
• Order metadata (what you ordered, when, payment status).

3. Why (lawful basis)

We process this content to fulfil the song order you explicitly requested (performance of contract) and under legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): a personalized song cannot be written without reading the content you direct us to. We use it for nothing else — no profiling, no advertising, no training data sale.

4. Payments

Card data is handled solely by Stripe. We never see card numbers.

5. Retention

Vibe profiles, ingested content, and uploaded photos/screenshots are kept days, not months — deleted within 30 days after your song is delivered. Your delivered MP3 stays available until you delete it or ask us to.

6. Your rights — erasure path

Email gabrieljtao@gmail.com with subject ERASE. We delete your email, handles, vibe profile, stored source content, and every photo or screenshot you uploaded within 30 days. If your content or uploads show other people, their erasure requests are honored at first contact. Stripe keeps its own payment records where tax law requires. You may also request access, correction, and portability at the same address.

7. What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We run no advertising trackers on this site.
• We never read social accounts by automated logged-in access — you send us the content, we read what you hand us.
